Find Committee Participants

Modules > Committee > Participation > Find Committee Participants

Use Find Committee Participants to search for participants already in your database. Participant information is stored in the database by the fields completed in the Add - Committee Participants process.

When using the Find - Committee Participants form, you search for a desired participant using information stored in the database via specific fields.

Search results are returned on the List-Committee Participation page.

To search for committee participants:

  1. Go to Modules > Committee > Participation > Find Committee Participants. The Find - Committee Participants page opens.

Note: The Advanced View check box allows you to conduct Boolean searches to broaden and narrow your search as needed. If you are uncertain with what you are looking for, use the NetForum wildcard character, the percent sign (%) to help you with your search.

  1. Use these search options to narrow your search results further.
    • First Name
    • Customer Sort Name
    • Last Name
    • Association
    • Committee Code
    • Committee Name
  2. Click Go. A list of search results displays in the List-Committee Participation page. If only one result comes of the search, the profile page for that result opens.
  3. Click the name of the participant you wish to view. This will open that participant's profile page.

The more specific you make search criteria, the narrower the results returned will be. A search for committees beginning with "F" returns more results than a search for committees beginning with "Full".
